We conduct pre-despatch inspection at the suppliers’ premises. This comprises of A) Visual Inspection: wherein, we check each and every outside parameters of the product w.r.t. dimensions, stitching, mesh, colour & printing, lamination quality, valve size & depth etc. and B) Machine Testing: wherein, we conduct testing regarding bag weight and the destructive testing for determination of bag strength and elongation.  Regarding the destructive tests [ strength and ash content], we do counter-check upon the samples at our own lab to be absolutely certain of the quality through cross check.
